Get inspired by this cute little style star.

Today’s Instagram Style Steal is an unusual one but she’s so cute I just had to include her.

I mean, just look at her:

This tiny tot has so much style at such a young age (although, okay, it’s probably her mom that’s responsible for much of it). Even though her outfits tend to err on the side of cute (understandably so), I wanted to interpret some of her ensembles into chic, grown-up outfits, perfect for the fall season.

So here goes! If you’ve never channeled a 3 year old in your style, there’s a first time for everything.

I promise: No one will be able to tell a toddler was your inspo.

Outfit #1:

This outfit is awesome for multiple reasons. First, Peter Pan collars are classic and I love seeing them incorporated into cute looks. Second, I just love how the girly dress gets edged up with a biker jacket. It’s unexpected and so much fun.

To recreate this look, I decided to go with a similar dress, one with a Peter Pan collar and made of lace. I paired it with a patent leather moto jacket, a very current texture trend.

I stuck with the sneakers just like our inspired look. However, since the dress I chose isn’t as colorful as Mia’s, I injected some color with the shoes, selecting a cute embroidered pair from Nastygal.

Outfit #2:

This is one of my favorite outfits on @MiaSaidNo’s Instagram account. I mean, is this not the most adorable ’70s throwback look you’ve ever seen?

’70s style has been back for several seasons now so these bell bottom overalls are perfect if you’re feeling that hippie style. I decided, however, to go with a denim jumpsuit from Topshop that has a really cute tie detail in the front, another style from the ’70s that has been very in lately.

Of course, during the summer, you can wear this jumpsuit as-is. However, since we are transitioning into the fall, I chose to take a style note from Mia and pair a top underneath. This particular one from Topshop has cute embroidery and lettuce trim.

Since you can’t see what shoes Mia is rocking, it was up to my interpretation and I chose these cool Public Desire heels in a bold print.

Outfit #3:

One of my go-to fall pairings is a cropped sweater and a cute skirt so I was excited to reinterpret this particular outfit.

Transitioning this look into cold weather is as simple as going for a long-sleeve sweater and over-the-knee boots.

Here, I chose a monochrome beige and gray vibe that will look grown-up on campus. Tucking just the front of your sweater into a cute embroidered skirt will really elevate the style.
